Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Nano Banana Prompts, including its prompt library and AI image or video generation features. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Nano Banana Prompts to create, request, upload, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or exploitative content;
• sexual content involving minors, real or fictional, or any child sexual abuse material;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, or content that facilitates sexual exploitation;
• face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive manipulation of a real person's likeness;
• graphic violence, terrorism, hate, harassment, threats, or content that promotes harm;
• illegal goods, weapons, drugs, fraud, malware, or instructions that facilitate unlawful activity;
• content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
• attempts to bypass, probe, disable, or evade content safety and moderation controls.

Enforcement

User prompts for AI image and video generation are screened before generation. We may reject prompts, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report illegal activity where required by law.

Moderation decisions may occasionally block benign prompts. Users should revise the prompt and try again. Repeated attempts to evade moderation may result in account suspension.
